Natural wine is enjoying a surge in popularity thanks to consumer interest in health and wellbeing, according to one expert behind a dedicated online shop. Guy Kordova, from Woolwich, launches Pure Wine this week — a website that sells only natural wines made from organic or biodynamically farmed grapes. The wines have no additives and minimal processing.
